EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2019 – ALL Conditions of Admissions and Notice of Privacy products are being revised. New products are to be ordered to replace old stock. These new versions will ship beginning on February 18, 2019, and are to be in use no later than 12:01AM on March 1, 2019. If you need current stock between January 25 and February 18, order a minimal amount.
